Mobile Application
A UX/UI redesign project for the Health Checkup Report section in the Agnos application. The project focused on simplifying complex health information, addressing user pain points, and improving the overall user experience through a clearer information structure and an easy-to-understand one-page report design.
FUTURE IMPACT
In the future, the ONJE can be further enhanced by improving environmental realism through more advanced lighting systems to create a more immersive experience. Multi-language support could be introduced to make the exhibition accessible to a wider global audience, while expanding avatar interactions with a greater variety of gestures and expressions would enable more personalized engagement. Additionally, integrating a navigation map would help users explore the exhibition more easily and intuitively. Together, these enhancements would improve usability, accessibility, and overall user engagement, with the potential to evolve into a more scalable and inclusive platform for global fan experiences.
DESIGN IMPROVMENT
After conducting usability testing, several key issues were identified that impacted the overall user experience. It became clear that navigation needed to be more structured and intuitive, allowing users to move through the exhibition without confusion. The visual environment was also refined, particularly lighting, to improve content visibility while maintaining an immersive atmosphere. In addition, interaction cues were enhanced to make interactive elements more discoverable, including clearer visual indicators and onboarding guidance to support user engagement.
USABILITY TESTING
A prototype was developed using Unity to evaluate the initial wireframes and overall exhibition experience. The usability test was conducted with 12 participants to identify usability issues and interaction challenges.
ISSUE 1: NAVIGATION CONFUSION
Users were able to walk through certain gallery walls and did not follow the intended navigation flow.
ISSUE 2: LIGHTING VISIBILITY
Some areas of the exhibition had overly bright lighting, affecting visual comfort and content visibility.
ISSUE 3: UNCLEAR INTERACTION
Users did not recognize that images in the gallery were interactive (e.g., clickable for information and audio).

USER INSIGHT RESEARCH
Research Methodology :
I conducted semi-structured interviews with 6 participants who have experience with health checkups to explore their experiences with health checkup reports. The interviews focused on how users interpret their results, the challenges they get, and what they need to better understand and act on their health data.
